Alfresco Rooms are able to provide an optional electrical consumer package tailored to suit your specific needs.
Structures are fully wired during the construction process of your selected model, concealing the necessary network of cables required for climate control, lighting and power sockets within the structural elements. Additional facilities, for example audio/data transfer cables can be included during the planning phase of your purchase.
All electrical installations will be connected to a suitably sized incomer, and by prior arrangement we are further able to connect to a local mains supply, subject to availability and sufficiency.
As you would expect, all installations are fully commissioned and certified prior to handover.
